1. Pneumatic unwinding shaft, pneumatic dancer arm assists to complete reel loading, pneumatic brake controls tension, also with the platform for web ends to butt jointing.
2. Ultrasonic reel diameter detector is used with residual reel alarming system
3. Two sets of LPC control systems at high accuracy control, one is unwinding LPC control system and the other is course LPC control system.

Main features

2. Unwinding reel is clamped pneumatically with shaftless cones; reel width is electrically controlled and also with line position control LPC system.。
3. Ultrasonic reel diameter detector is used with residual reel alarming system
4. Pneumatic slip- rewinding shaft; automatic setting-length alarm system.
5. Backpressure reel-pressed cylinder makes rewinding reel tidy and good tightness.
